About Us

Who Are We

We have the privilege of providing healing and hope to individuals, couples, families, and communities. At Bridge of Hope Mental Health Service, this is a role we cherish, and the reason why we refuse to compromise on our high standards and unmatched quality of care.

We offer comprehensive outpatient and intensive outpatient behavioral health treatment programs designed to meet the needs of adults who are with struggling substance abuse issues, mental health challenges, or co-occurring disorders (i.e. symptoms that can be attributed to both substance use and mental health disorders, often occurring together).

The Bridge of Hope Mental Health Service Outpatient Treatment Center was born out of a belief that a better way is possible… a belief that the key to sustainable transformation lies at the intersection of clinical excellence and compassion. Our innovative, trauma- informed approach utilizes a combination of evidence-based and holistic therapies, designed to heal both mind and body.

At our outpatient facility, located in NE Portland, we strive to offer more than just treatment programs. We provide a support system of caring, capable, and reputable professionals who are committed to individuals and families suffering from addiction and mental health conditions, helping them achieve what they never thought possible.

Why Choose Us?

Get Your Life Style Back

At Bridge of Hope Mental Health Services, we understand that choosing the right provider is a deeply personal decision. Our mission is to offer compassionate, high-quality care that empowers individuals and families to thrive. Here’s what sets us apart:

Smaller Client-Staff Ratio

We believe that every client is important and should have access to treatment staff and essential services throughout the week. Bridge of Hope’s counselors work closely with Certified Recovery Mentors, medical providers, and administrative staff to ensure high quality wraparound care.

Evidenced-Based and Holistic Therapies

We offer a curriculum that features both evidenced-based treatment modalities and holistic therapies, designed to treat the mind and the body. Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques become even more effective when combined with physical activity and/or creative expression.

Experienced Leadership Staff

All clinical staff at Bridge of Hope have the benefit of working closely with a highly-skilled and experienced leadership team of counseling professionals. Our Program Director and Clinical Supervisor are both dually-credentialed and each has 14 years of hands-on experience in the behavioral health field.

Individualized Treatment Plans

Each client is unique, and their treatment plan goals should be a reflection of their individual strengths, needs, and preferences. Clients are encouraged to work with their primary counselor to map out their next steps and design a blueprint for recovery.

Strengths-Based Approach

We utilize specific treatment interventions that focus on identifying and leveraging individual strengths to foster personal growth and improve wellbeing. These interventions enhance resilience, boost confidence, and help individuals overcome challenges by building on existing competencies.

Proven Track Record

Our clients consistently report improved well-being, greater resilience, and a deeper sense of empowerment through our services.
